First Time Device Setup: iOS
1. Start by installing a work app that you will need on your device, such as Outlook or Teams. Once installed, launch the app and sign in with your @teamAET email.
After you sign in, your company applications such as Outlook and Teams will prompt you to Help keep your device secure by downloading the Microsoft Authenticator application. Select Get the app to continue.

2. You will be redirected to the App Store to download the Microsoft Authenticator app. If you're starting at this step, open the Apple App Store and search for Microsoft Authenticator.
Once the Authenticator app is installed, open it and log into it with your AET credentials.

3. Select the Register button on the prompt to continue registering your device.
Once your device is registered, relaunch the company app you were using in step 1. Select the Open Authenticator button if it appears and then continue through the prompts. If you don't have any Office apps installed yet, you'll probably want to start with the Outlook app.

4. You may need to relaunch the Office 365 app you were previously using to see the next prompt. Simply select OK to close out of that application and then reopen it after.
You will be required to set up a PIN code for your work applications. You will only need to set it up once and it will work across all of your company apps. You can set it to whatever you want it to be, as long as it doesn't have any sequences such as 1234 or 1111.
After this, you're done! Your work apps are now encrypted and protected, and you will only receive the PIN prompt after 30 minutes of inactivity in your work apps. If you have Fingerprints or Face ID setup, those will work on these apps as well.

6. As a note - the only supported application for AET Email, Calendar, and Contacts is the Outlook app.
Any other email or calendar apps will not work for your AET email.
