First Time Device Setup: Android
1. Start by installing a work app that you will need on your device, such as Outlook or Teams. Once installed, launch the app and sign in with your @teamAET email.
Once logged in, you will be taken to the 'Help us keep your device secure' screen. Select Get the app to be redirected to your Play Store to install the Company Portal application.

2. Once here, select Install on the Intune Company Portal application.
DO NOT open or sign-in to the Company Portal application when it finishes installation. Just close out of the app and return to the work app from the first step.
You will never need to open or login to the Company Portal application you just installed. This app is used to facilitate the protection and encryption of your Office 365 applications without needing to be logged into.

3. Return to the app you were using in step 1 and sign in again. On this screen, select Register.

4. After you complete the registration step, close and reopen the Office app one more time.
The next time you open your company applications, you will see a few more setup prompts. Click OK to continue.

5. You will be required to set up a PIN code for your work applications. You will only need to set it up once and it will work across all of your company apps. You can set it to whatever you want it to be, as long as it doesn't have any sequences such as 1234 or 1111.
After this, you're done! Your work apps are now encrypted and protected, and you will only receive the PIN prompt after 30 minutes of inactivity in your work apps. If you have Fingerprints or Face ID setup, those will work on these apps as well.

6. As a note - the only supported application for AET Email, Calendar, and Contacts is the Outlook app.
Any other email or calendar apps will not work for your AET email.
