Signature in Outlook App on Cellphone
To insert your signature within the Oulook App on your cell phone, please follow the following steps:
- Click on your profile picture.
- Click on Settings (Gear icon)
- Click on Signature.
- Paste in the signature from a previous email that you have send out.
- Click on the checkmark at the top right.
Note this will only past the text, not the picture.
This is because it's a text only format.
- Now when you create a new email you will see your signature:
