Clear MS Teams Cache
- Fully exit the Microsoft Teams desktop client. To do this, either right click Teams from the Icon Tray and select ‘Quit’, or run Task Manager and fully kill the process.
- Go to File Explorer, and type in %appdata%\Microsoft\teams
- Once in the directory, remove all the files and restart Teams.
If clearing the MS Teams Cache doesn't fix the issue, please go to www.office.com and sign in with your AET account.
- Click on Teams
- Click on "Get the Windows App"
This will reinstall the MS Team App
