Delete Outlook Email Rules
1. Click on the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen. At the bottom of that window, select View All Outlook Settings:
2. Clock on Mail on the left panel and then Rules. If there are any rules in here that you did not create, click the trash can to delete the rule.
