How to View Another User's Calendar

How to View Another User's Calendar:

If I want to see if someone is available for a meeting, I need to open their calendar.

Click on Open Calendar:

Find the person whose calendar you want to view in the directory

You'll see their calendar next to yours. You won't be able to see meeting details - just if they're marked available or not. Here I have 3 calendars open. I can only see details for mine (blue).

In the future, I can find these calendars on my sidebar. I just need to check/uncheck the box to open/close them.
