How to Connect to the VPN
NOTE: You will need a strong internet connection for the VPN connection to be stable. If you are working in a Regional or St. Paul office and are connected to the network OR AET wireless, you do not need to use the VPN. VPN is used for off-site locations such as jobsites, conferences, and home.
1. Locate the Barracuda VPN icon in your system tray and Double-Click on it. Depending on your version of VPN client, it may look like either 2 small computers or a key inside a circle:

You can also open your start menu and type in "VPN" to find the program. Depending on your version of VPN client, it may look like either of the 2 programs below:

If you do not see this icon, the new VPN client is not
installed on your computer. You will need to send in a ticket to the IT department requesting access, and this can only be installed while you are in an AET office.
2. On the VPN window, all of your login information will auto-fill. You will just need to click on Connect. Depending on your version of VPN client, it may look like either of the 2 programs below:

3. If you receive a pop-up about a security certificate, select Yes to continue.
4. You will know you have been connected to the VPN when the last line of the window reads ”Tunnel established and ready” and the button at the bottom changes
to Disconnect. Depending on your version of VPN client, it may look like either of the 2 programs below:

5. You will disconnect from the VPN by simply clicking on that Disconnect button.
